Theft
Two properties were broken into on the Lany Road Hillsborough overnight. The thieves forced entry to outbuildings at one property and stole gardening machinery.
Did you notice any unfamiliar vehicles / persons in the area? If so please contact police with details.
Attempted Burglary
Damage was caused by criminals attempting to break into a Golf Shop at Ballyskeagh Road Lambeg between 1am and 2am this morning. The thieves made of after activating the alarm. This is the second occasion in a few weeks that this property has been broken into.
Again, if you noted any vehicles or persons in the vicinity please notify police at Lisburn with details.

There have been a number of recent thefts of gardening equipment and machinery - lawnmowers, strimmers etc. With the recent return to garden activities please ensure such equipment is securely stored when not in use.
